In Real Estate, we call a “house hunter” or “property scout”, a “Bird Dog”. We need these house hunters to go out and find us vacant or distressed houses and property when they “land”.

A Bird Dog is usually someone who does not know much about or understand Real Estate but either wants to learn or just simply needs some extra income.

Our most common price per "cold lead"  is anywhere from $5 to $15 depending on how much you want to do, and what real estate market in the country you live in.
