After serving the New York Real Estate Industry for over 12 years and closing numerous high valued residential deals, Wayne has now teamed up with a group of elite business professionals and founded theWINgroup inc.
An opportunity to help aide and empower entrepeneurs has springboarded Wayne back into the business sector that had first interested him, a little under 15 years ago when he was only a college freshman.
The "Financial Industry" is of course Wayne’s first passion. Studying “Finance and Economics” in business school, he quickly became engulfed in the financial universe. How wealth is earned was exciting to Wayne; how so? It inspired his creativity and kept him curious about the ever changing world of money.
Shortly after, Wayne fathered two beautiful daughters. As a means of providing for his new angels, he was lead into the exciting world of Manhattan Real Estate. As a member of Rebny he thrived for many years, even weathering our country’s terrible Real Estate economic downslide.
Now as President and Executive Director of theWINgroup inc, Wayne and his team of seasoned business professionals are here to assist you with all of your credit, development, and business financing needs.
